Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policies
Face Time Aesthetics is not just a business—it’s Vanessa’s heartfelt journey. One that’s rooted in compassion, expertise, and the genuine belief that beauty, when done with care, can be a powerful tool for self-love and personal transformation.
1. Appointment Cancellation
When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. If cancellation is necessary, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via:

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
A late cancellation is defined as a cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
A $50 fee applies to late cancellations.
If you do not show up and fail to notify us, the full appointment fee will be charged.
3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment, and no refund will be issued.
If you are less than 15 minutes late, your session may still proceed, but it may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients.
4. Refunds & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future appointment.
In the event of a genuine emergency, cancellation fees may be applied as credit toward future services.
If the provider needs to reschedule, no fees will apply, and you may choose a full refund or a new appointment.
Face Time Aesthetics reserves the right to reschedule appointments at any time.
5. Payment Policy
All services must be paid on the day of treatment, or prepaid before your appointment. Any cancellation fees will be deducted from this prepayment if applicable.
If your payment is through Newie – our payment plan you will recieve a consent form to sign prior to finalising this arrangement. You will require a credit card to be stored on your timely account as security for missed payments via Newie.
If your invoice is not paid your account will be sent to our debt collector and you will incur all associated costs related to the retrieval of funds. This includes late payment charges, and the charges of the debt collection agency.
6. Service Satisfaction
All services are non-refundable once completed, regardless of satisfaction.
7. Applicability
These policies apply to all services.
8. Repeat No-Shows
Clients who miss more than one appointment without proper notice may be refused future bookings.
Refund Policy
At Face Time Aesthetics, we are committed to delivering safe, ethical, and high-quality non-surgical cosmetic treatments. Due to the medical nature of these services, the following refund policy applies.
1. No Refunds on Completed Treatments
All injectable treatments at Face Time Aesthetics (including anti-wrinkle, dermal fillers, and skin boosters) are non-refundable once performed. Outcomes vary between individuals, and while we aim for optimal results, they cannot be guaranteed.
2. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind after treatment has been administered. We encourage all clients to ensure they are fully informed and comfortable before proceeding.
3. Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA)
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, or does not meet legal guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy, which may include correction of the service, credit, or refund as required by law.
4. Prepaid Treatments & Packages
- Prepaid treatments and packages are non-refundable but may be transferable at the clinic’s discretion.
- All packages must be used within the stated validity period and are not redeemable for cash.
5. Deposits & Cancellations
- A deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another appointment if at least 24 hours notice is provided.
- Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
6. Unsuitable for Treatment
If your practitioner determines that you are not a suitable candidate at the time of your appointment, any payment made will be:
- Refunded in full, or
- Held as a clinic credit (your choice).
7. Adverse Reactions or Complications
All treatments carry some level of risk. In the event of an adverse reaction:
- Refunds are not typically provided.
- Appropriate follow-up care and review appointments will be offered to manage the outcome.
8. Touch-Ups & Adjustments
Some treatments may require a follow-up or adjustment to achieve the desired result. Any additional costs will be discussed during your consultation unless otherwise included.
9. Pricing & GST
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
