- Slows the visible effects of skin ageing
Formulation
- Sunekos 1200 – High-density hyaluronic acid
- Sunekos Performa – A low-density hyaluronic acid combined with the patented HY6AA amino acid complex
What to Expect
Sunekos is administered using fine needles with minimal downtime. You can expect gradual, natural-looking improvements in skin tone, texture, and luminosity-over the following weeks and months.
HY6AA helps to bring back the loss of volume in your skin naturally, due to ageing or other factors. Amino acids are the building blocks of collagen and elastin (Proteins that help lessen the formation of lines and wrinkles).
HA (Hyaluronic Acid) acts as a carrier to bring the Amino Acids into the deeper layers of the skin.

FAQ's
Although there are a number of indications that may be the same ie; skin laxity and wrinkle reduction- Sunkeos is not a HA “dermal filler” and does not behave like one.
Sunekos is only injected into the skin, the HA is not crosslinked therefore can not add volume, contour or definition to the face.
A combination of both Sunekos and HA dermal filler can be discussed at your consultation- and
certainly can enhance your skin’s appearance, and overall facial aesthetic.
After completing a full course of Sunekos, the results typically last about 6 to 9 months, depending on individual factors.
The collagen stimulation continues over time, contributing to ongoing improvements.
Sunekos corrects and protects the dermis from signs of aging. It is recommended to work on your skin quality to complement your dermal filler treatments.
Remember your skin is the canvas! Skin gives reference to our age. If you have just had dermal filler, it is advised to wait 4 weeks until you start your Sunekos treatments. This allows the filler to integrate into the tissue first.
Sunekos may not be suitable for everyone. Here are some individuals who should avoid this treatment:
1. Allergic Reactions: Those with a known allergy to any components of Sunekos, such as collagen or amino acids, should not receive the treatment.
Active Skin Conditions: Individuals with active skin infections, inflammation, or any dermatological conditions in the treatment area should wait until these issues are resolved.
Autoimmune Disorders: People with autoimmune diseases that affect skin healing may be advised against using Sunekos.
Pregnancy or Breastfeeding: The safety of Sunekos during pregnancy or breastfeeding has not been established, so it is generally recommended to avoid treatment during this time.
Recent Surgical Procedures: If you’ve had recent facial surgery or other injectables, it’s essential to disclose this in your consultation about the appropriate waiting period before receiving Sunekos.
Age Restrictions: Sunekos is typically not recommended for individuals under the age of 18.
Severe Chronic Illnesses: Individuals with severe chronic illnesses or conditions that may interfere with healing should discuss their situation with a healthcare provider.
